Our Pacific neighbours are among the first to feel the effects of climate change. This Friday is an opportunity to connect with a small group of young Pacific leaders who are visiting the coal port of Newcastle. We would like to invite you to share some lunch, hear their stories and share what is happening with local climate campaigning.
12 noon Friday 5th May

Meet and greet with local environment groups and young Pacific leaders (hosted by the Edparticipants would like to share their stories and a song! And also hear from the local groups about local campaigns.
Followed by a shared Lunch (eastern style falafel kebabs etc)
or else just turn up and be part of the conversation.
2pm The group will then tour Newcastle Port coal loading facilities led by Climate Action Newcastle which people are welcome to join with pooled transport.
